About this group

For women survivors of sexual abuse with PTSD, this 10-week in-person weekly group uses CPT-SA to challenge and reframe trauma beliefs, self-blame, guilt, and shame, and to rebuild self-worth and trust, emotional regulation, and resilience; it accepts PacificSource Community Solutions and Trillium Medicaid.
