Six-week group supporting teens in building confidence, managing anxiety and improving emotional regulation through nature-based and creative experiences, including hands-on gardening and art activities plus practical coping skills. Co-facilitated; PT lists this group once per facilitator - merged per Protocol 4.1 ("same group, two facilitators = one entry").
